Academy teams are rewarded
NORTH DEVON'S Academy of Beach Sports sent more teams, 10, than any other squad for the South West Junior Grand Prix in Weston-super-Mare.
Some quality volleyball was rewarded with many wins, giving them some high points tallies to carry through to the next competition in Melksham.

BIG HIT: Torin Begley at the South West Junior Grand Prix.
Winning the girls' under-11s were Academy Unbeatables, playing together for the first time and managing to live up to their name.
North Devon took first, second and third place in the under-12 boys, with the Academy Quashers, Leapers and Crushers respectively.
All the teams put up excellent performances and played three-touch volleyball that was far superior to their rivals.
The Academy Originals fought hard to take first place in the boys under-15s.
