B3233 in Instow blocked due to cement spillage
A section of the B3233 in Instow is currently blocked due to a spillage of cement on the road.
The spillage occurred in the Rectory Lane area at around 11am.

Hugh Griffiths, Highway Operations Centre Manager for Devon County Council, said a highways gang were on the way to the scene to deal with the incident.
It is not known exactly how much cement has spilled onto the road, however it is blocking a section of the carriageway.
