Oil fire at South Molton factory
THREE fire engines were called to a fire at the Norbord factory in South Molton this afternoon.
Two fire engines from Barnstaple and one from South Molton arrived at the scene at 2.20pm to find a blaze in the furnace room.

The fire crews tackled the fire with having located it using breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera and extinguished it using a hose reel jet.
It was confirmed an oil pump had caught fire but no factory workers were injured and the furnace room was left with smoke damage.
