A FORMER telephone exchange in Swimbridge will officially become a light industrial unit, after a planning application was approved with conditions.

Steve Digby, from Ilfracombe, lodged a retrospective application with North Devon Council to change the use of the ex-BT exchange near the campsite on South Molton Road.
