Barnstaple had a man sent off for verbal abuse and saw Jamie Arnold leave the field with a dislocated elbow.

Bideford found new life after the Buccs' final score and played some fine attacking rugby.

Shaun Woodhead capped a good performance with a sprint from halfway for a try he converted himself.

Sam Brown, in the back row, was the Nomads man of the match.
