Through a membership card scheme, SAS players will have free admission to all first-team home games.
Lee Smith, the Barnstaple Town community development manager, has organised the new partnership.
He said: "A lot of young players drift off and can't make the transition from youth to adult football.
"The partnership will have mutual benefits for Barnstaple Town and SAS and provide a bridge to adult football."
