Barnstaple man Preston Yeo arrested over criminal damage at Philip J Milton Ltd financial advisors
A 43-year-old man from Barnstaple has been arrested and charged with causing criminal damage to the offices of financial advisory company Philip J Milton Ltd.
The man, Preston Yeo, of Hills View, is alleged to have smashed a window at the company's offices on Joy Street in Barnstaple, after a member of staff asked him to move his car.

Yeo, who was arrested after the incident was reported to police at 8.20am yesterday morning, has been bailed to appear at North Devon Magistrates' Court on April 28.
