Barnstaple's barnhenge roundabout traffic lights fail again
TRAFFIC lights on the Barnhenge roundabout are now working again after failing earlier this morning.
The lights, which have failed several times in recent months, had stopped working by 8am, although traffic continued to flow through the area.

Despite traffic still being on the move one commuter described "mass confusion" at the roundabout, with drivers unsure of what to do.
A spokesman for Devon County Council's highways department said the council was aware of the problem and had sent a team out to try and fix the fault.
