Beth Ellis scores four for Bideford in Devon Women's League
BETH ELLIS and Tracey Cross scored hat-tricks as Bideford produced their best performance of the season in the Devon Women's League.
Ellis struck four goals, Cross three and Ria Penfold two in a 9-1 win over Plainmoor in the first division.
With a full-strength team, Bideford soon dominated. The pick of the goals was a team move set up by a long pass from Leanne Cording. The ball was played to Ellis on the left wing who crossed for Penfold to finish sweetly.
