Bideford aim to make up for 'bad day at the office' against Ivybridge

BIDEFORD'S previous meeting with tomorrow's opponents Ivybridge marked a watershed moment in their Tribute Western Counties (west) promotion bid.

The Chiefs were leading 31-10 at half time in the away fixture in October but were eventually beaten 33-31.

Bideford have only lost once since, to leaders St Austell, and are nine points behind the Cornish side with a game in hand.

Kevin Booth, the Bideford coach, said: "It was one of those games, we can put it down to a bad day at the office.

"We hadn't played that well at the beginning of the season and I got a lot off my chest after that game – and the guys responded.
