BIDEFORD beat Barnstaple Town 4-0 in a friendly at the Sports Ground last night.
Goals from Ellis Laight, Sam Stephens, Rob Farkins and Sean Downing completed a comfortable win for the Robins.

Former Truro City goalkeeper Tim Sandercombe and Josh Fenwick, the Torpoint Athletic defender, helped Bideford secure a clean sheet.
Stephens, the second-team manager, and Carl Holliman, a reserve-team defender, also played their part.
Matt Andrew left the field early with a hamstring problem but is expected to be fit for Bideford's home match with Banbury United on Saturday.
Barnstaple included recent signings Connor Nash and Matt Rickard in attack while Harry Taffs, of Torrington, played in defence.
Adam Fuller made several saves and fellow goalkeeper Darren Rose made a brief appearance on his return from a hip injury.
