One of the longest running musicals in West End history – 7,461 performances at London's Apollo Victoria over 18 years – the story, which was written by Lloyd Webber for his children, is about a youngster's dream when his toy train set comes alive.

In it, roller skating actors race to become the fastest engine in the world with macho rocker Greaseball, and newcomer Electra, "the engine of the future" battling it out. But Rusty the lovable rickety old steam train wins through for the heart of Pearl, the pretty observation car. Races will be featured in spectacular 3D, taking audiences right into the action.

Dirty Dancing:

THE first UK tour of Dirty Dancing comes to Plymouth's Theatre Royal for three weeks, featuring all the much-loved characters and original dialogue from the iconic 1987 film. This first UK tour has already broken box office records across the country. American actress Jill Winternitz stars as idealistic Baby Houseman, the role taken by Jennifer Grey in the film, who discovers love and life in a summer she will never forget. Paul-Michael Jones, who has attracted huge critical and public acclaim on the tour so far stars as Johnny Castle made famous by Patrick Swayze in the smash hit movie.

Licence To Thrill:

IF you're getting withdrawal symptoms after the end of Strictly Come Dancing, never fear.
