CHRIS SELLENS went back to his orienteering roots with a navigation race in the Quantock Hills.

The Bideford Blues athlete covered 32 miles in the Haglöfs Open5 Adventure Race Series in Crowcombe.

After five hours of racing, including running and mountain bike stages, he finished runner-up, just ten points behind the winner.
