BRAUNTON Wanderers Under-12s secured their third North Devon Contractors Youth League title in four years with an 8-1 win at SAS Warriors.

The team won the under-nines, were runners-up in the under-10s then won the under-11s last season. Coach Martin Evans said: "It's testimony to the boys' efforts that they are so often champions. They work hard in training and games and this season the football they have been playing has been a joy to watch."

The champions' goals came Morgan Fouracre (two), Matthew Hartnoll, Jordan Evans, Ollie Beck, Alex Cammack, Bug Hall and George Cloke.

Jim Sherborne got the consolation goal for SAS Warriors.
