Braunton get another shot
BRAUNTON are back in the Torridge Cup final after a 2-1 victory over Appledore.
Substitute Lee Eate scored twice to upset the Carlserg Peninsula League side in the semi-final at Vicarage Field.
Eate's last-gasp equaliser cancelled out a penalty from Aaron Stevens, and the sub hit the winner in extra-time.
Runners-up for the last two seasons, Braunton will hope to go one better in this year's final on May 6.
They face the winners of Barnstaple AAC and Shamwickshire Rovers who meet in the second semi-final at Torrington tonight.
