Car overturns in two-vehicle collision on A388 in Clawton near Holsworthy
A woman was taken to hospital after a two car collision resulted in one vehicle overturning on the A388 near Holsworthy at lunchtime today.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene in Clawton at around 12.40pm after a white Peugeot and red Citroën Saxo collided.
Police said the female driver of the Saxo suffered minor injuries and had to be treated at the scene by paramedics. It is understood she was later taken to North Devon District Hospital by ambulance.
The woman driving the Peugeot was out of the car when the emergency services arrived and was said to be uninjured but suffering from shock.
