A BARNSTAPLE based marketing company is celebrating this week after receiving three quality control awards.

Carrier Direct Marketing, who provide mailing and call centre services to the tourism industry, received the ISO standards from International Management Systems Marketing (IMSM) at a presentation at their Barnstaple headquarters last week.

The standards marked the companies quality control for management systems, environmental management and health and safety.

Carrier Direct's managing director, Bob Carter, said: "While we have developed our own management systems over our 15-year history, we can now go forward in the certain knowledge that what we have in place works and delivers the services we offer in a sustainable way.
