Case adjourned to allow for operation
THE case against a 41-year-old woman from Lynton who has been charged with three counts of assault and one charge of criminal damage has been adjourned.
Carol Bulled, of The Bungalow, 1A Cavendish Place, Lynton, was unable to appear before North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday. Her solicitor Tony Dart said she was due to have an operation and asked for the case to be adjourned for four to six weeks.
Bulled is charged with allegedly assaulting Phillip Cook, Josephine Bulled and Phillip Hawkins. She is also charged with damaging a window pane and plant pot to the value of £150 belonging to Mr Cook. She has not yet made any pleas. The case was adjourned until April 5.
