A DEVELOPER will ask residents of South Molton for a second opinion on plans to build 250 homes off Gunswell Lane.

Linden Homes is inviting townspeople to attend a second exhibition of its proposals at the town hall next Monday.

The first exhibition was attended by about 70 people.

A spokesman for the developer said: “The exhibition on February 27 will provide the community with the opportunity to view and comment on the revised proposals, prior to a submission being made to North Devon Council.” It will take place from 2.30pm to 7.30pm.
