Chimney fire at Knightacott Farm, Lydacott, near Fremington
Firefighters from Barnstaple were called to a chimney fire at a farm near Fremington last night.
One fire engine headed to the fire, at Knightacott Farm, Lydacott, after a call to emergency services at 8.15pm.

Firefighter Matt Gilbert said the fire was "going quite well" when he arrived at the scene but also said it was a relatively simple job to bring the fire under control and extinguish it.
The fire was out by 10pm.
