Community psychiatric nurse Judith Ward retires
A DEDICATED and popular nurse has retired after 35 years in the profession.
Community psychiatric nurse Judith Ward, 55, has been based at South Molton Health Centre for the past 23 years.
On Friday, current and past staff, GPs, district nurses, health visitors and patients gathered together at South Molton Community Hospital to say a final farewell.
The major of South Molton, David Goodman, also attended and presented her with her gifts and cards.

He also spoke about her commitment to the people of South Molton over the years.
Her partner Jackie Sloan said: "She will definitely be missed. She is an incredibly popular person.
"I have never known anybody with such a work ethic. She has been totally dedicated to the folks in the South Molton area."
Judith worked in Plymouth, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Bideford before working in South Molton.
