Connor Clifford earns Bideford a draw with Arlesey Town in the Evo-Stik League Southern
AN EQUALISER from substitute Connor Clifford gave Bideford a 1-1 draw with Arlesey Town in the Evo-Stik League Southern this afternoon.
The visitors had Leon Hibbert sent off for a second yellow card before half time but always looked the more dangerous side.

Danny Gordon, the defender, went forward to put them ahead in the 53rd minute with a close-range strike.
But Bideford stayed in contention and were rewarded when Clifford reacted to a flick from Matt Andrew to bundle home the equaliser 18 minutes from time.

In a physical clash on a heavy surface, referee Marc Whaley issued eight yellow cards, including two for Hibbert who was dismissed for fouls on Ian Sampson and Sean Downing.
Arlesey were dangerous at set-plays and went close to breaking the deadlock as Ryan Frater's header was cleared off the line by Matt Hockley.
After last week's 7-1 win over Chippenham Town, Bideford never found the same fluency in attack but the draw was enough to keep them 15th in the premier division.
Arlesey are 11th and are well placed to reach they play-offs by winning their games in hand.
