THOMAS Westcott has announced the appointment of Mark Tibbert as associate tax partner in its Barnstaple and Bideford offices.
Mark qualified within the corporate tax team at PricewaterhouseCoopers before spending eight years with large regional firms advising owner-managed businesses through to international groups on corporate and business taxes.

Mark specialises in corporate structures, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, and share schemes.
He has advised purchasers and vendors on deals worth £80 million and beyond, covering the structure of the transactions from both a corporate and personal tax perspective. This has involved negotiating tax warranties and indemnities, and compiling due diligence reports. He has also advised on a range of share schemes.
Any current pupil introducing a new pupil to the school receives 1 free hour should that pupil take up lessons with Accord. No Limit on amount of pupils or free hours.
Terms: Introduced pupil must take up lessons with Accord and not just an introduction.
