Coodes Cougars remain unbeaten in North Devon Netball League
NETBALL
COODES COUGARS continued their unbeaten run in the third division.
Their 45-19 defeat of Titans Pluto was their sixth win out of six games this season.
Again the Coodes shooters shone with Lyn Hobbs named player of the match.

Lizzie Nicholas led Venners Bakery Anacondas to victory. They took an early lead, which North Devon Homes chipped away at but could not quite get close enough in a 37-32 defeat.
Carol Anne Topaz also maintained their high standards, beating Langtree Reunites Rhinos 31-23 with Dilla Allebone-Parish outstanding.
In the fourth division, Carol Anne Opals and Woolacombe Wolves both found their rhythm and slotted goals easily. Opals beat Georgeham Rocks 43-19 and Wolves won 42-13 against North Devon Homes Stars.
Sharon Curtis ensured Frank Heard's Heffers topped the second division by beating Carol Anne Emeralds 34-30.
Kath Kingdom was instrumental in South Molton Falcons' 31-22 win over Langtree Reunites Rogues.
In the top division, Titans Apollo and Venners Bakery Vipers were dominant. Katie Chaffey starred in Apollo's 53-22 win over Carol Anne Sapphires, while Katrina Venner was Vipers' best player in a 74-21 win against Bude Stars.
Ali Brown's shooting gave Pat Williams Girls their first win of the season, overcoming Venners Bakery Cobras 28-22.
