Cuts protest from Harvey
NICK Harvey MP was protesting in the Journal recently about Government cuts to North Devon Council's budget ("Government grant allocation is met with outrage by councillors", Journal, January 25). Is this the same Nick Harvey who has been voting for cuts in Parliament for the past two and half years?
