Darke night to visit town hall
A SHOW celebrating the writing by and life of Cornish playwright Nick Darke will be performed at Dulverton Town Hall on Wednesday, November 21.
The O-Region Theatre Company returns to the town with One Darke Night, which features a selection of extracts spanning Darke's entire career, from The King of Prussia and The Body to lesser known works including radio plays, diaries, letters and commentaries.
The play showcases Nick's talent for crafting blistering dialogue, quirky characterisation and beautiful prose in plays which are as heartbreaking as they are hilarious.
Take Art Live, which is supported by Arts Council England and West Somerset's Arts Consortium Artlife, is taking the show to Dulverton.
