THIS linocut – Don Quixote Tilting At Turbines – was triggered by the turbine application at Collacott Farm, Newton Tracy.

North Devon Council's planners have rejected it, but the developers and the farmer have appealed against the decision. Hence the illustration. Michael Heath, the Sunday Times cartoonist, created a similar-themed cartoon recently. I did this last month for an exhibition at the Burton Art Gallery.
