Dub Pistols head to The Factory at Petroc
ARTY starters, Dub Pistols will be chewing up hip-hop, dub, techno, ska and punk and spitting them out in a futuristic skank at The Factory on Friday.
The crew's genre-mashing abilities have led to remix work for the likes of Moby, Crystal Method and Limp Bizkit.

FRENZY: Prepare to party in Barnstaple with the Dub Pistols.
In recent years Dub Pistols have mutated from a studio based duo into a fully fledged live act fronted by Barry Ashworth, known for his full-throttle peak-time DJ sets across the world.
Their infectious blend of ska, dub, hip-hop, electronic music and punk has won them many fans around the globe in the past 15 years, and at the end of 2011 – following sell-out shows in Spain, Italy and Greece – they were voted the Best Live Act at DJ Mag's Best Of British Awards.

Now Dub Pistols are back with their fifth album, Worshipping The Dollar, which sees a return to lyrical themes similar to their earlier albums, with deeper and more conscious lyrics and a pacier feel to the tracks to mirror their increasingly frenzied live shows.
Their raucous live shows have been celebrated by festival audiences across Europe this summer, adding to their already devoted fan base.
Dub Pistols are at The Factory, Petroc on Friday, November 2, 8pm.
