Goals from Liam Ellis and Michael Nardiello saw Tiverton Town win 2-1 at Bideford in last night’s Devon FA St Luke’s Cup quarter-final.
The hosts had equalised with a penalty from Richard Groves before Nardiello struck the winner 12 minutes from the end.

“You can understand why Tiverton took this competition more seriously because what else have they got to look forward too. I know Bideford want to win every game but they have a eye on winning there league so have to be more cautious in team selection & keeping all player's fit, healthy & happy for the big push to the end of the season. I am sure Promotion is far from there thought's but I believe under Sean Joyce, his staff & squad, Bideford will become the top none league team in Devon & will be promoted to Southern Premier. From a neutral perspective.”
