USE AND REUSE: Mrs Recycle with Great Torrington Junior School pupils (L-R) Harry Raymont, Luke Bolt, Sharon Mazura and Luke Vanstone and their African dolls.
To coincide with the school's visit from Henry Sanyang from Gambia, a headteacher from Africa, Mrs Recycle wore a green African dress and talked about the world-wide effects of living in a throw away society.
Children brought in unwanted items from home including carrier bags, bottle tops and plastic bottles and made African dolls, cup and ball games, windmills and a message tree.
