Back in the early Forties, Glenn Miller's orchestra enjoyed a string of hits like In The Mood, Tuxedo Junction, Moonlight Serenade and Chattanooga Choo Choo. The Glenn Miller Big Band Show sees Ray McVay lead the Glenn Miller Orchestra through the Miller hits, plus tributes to the late great Ted Heath, Louis Armstrong, Sinatra and Dean Martin.
The evening features a male and female vocalist who perform individually and as part of the Moonlight Serenades vocal group. The Uptown Hall Gang – a Dixieland group drawn from members of the orchestra – will also entertain.
