Heavy traffic on A361 North Devon link road and A39 Atlantic Highway due to roadworks
There have been traffic delays along the A361 North Devon link road and A39 Atlantic Highway between Bideford and Barnstaple today due to mobile roadworks.
The works, to flush drains of any blockages, caused heavy traffic along the A39 this morning before moving through Barnstaple around 12pm.

One motorist, who drove through the traffic around that time, said: "There were pretty heavy tailbacks.
"I was heading to Roundswell and it took me 10 minutes to get from the Lake roundabout to Roundswell.
