Hollywood actor Hugh Grant "spotted in Croyde"
Celebrity spotters were heading to Croyde today after reports that Hollywood actor Hugh Grant was visiting the area.
The Four Weddings And A Funeral star was said to have spent time in The Thatch pub last night and at a local golf course this morning.
On Twitter Katy Williams posted yesterday: "Saw the rather dashing Hugh Grant in Braunton today, just casually milling around!"
Nikki Gimber tweeted today: "Eek Hugh Grant at golf club this morning!!" and Lauren Kirstie posted: "Hugh Grant was at The Thatch yesterday, if I was working I could've met him, but I wasn't, oh."

Another user said: "My family went into Croyde yesterday and met Hugh Grant, oh how I wish I'd gone."
But there were conflicting reports that people had been duped by a lookalike.
One tweet read: "Hugh Grant film double fools entire village."
And @croydesurfclub conceded that their tweet: "Just had a champagne breakfast with Hugh Grant, it was divine!!!" was a joke.
