LOUISE LATHWELL was named player of the match as Titans beat West Exe Leopards in the Devon County League.

Lathwell's exceptional shooting earned her a success rate of 76 per cent in the North Devon side's 65-24 win.

Titans powered into a 19-9 lead in the first quarter and stretched it to 36-15 by half time.

Strong play from wing attack Clare Aldrich helped Titans take the third quarter 17-2 before they edged the last 12-7.

Titans' next match is on Saturday, February 25 against Venners at Chulmleigh Community College (1.30pm).
