Ilfracombe firefighters free dog trapped in fence at Regent Place
There was an early morning wake up call for on call firefighters in Ilfracombe this morning after they were called out to rescue a dog trapped in a fence at a house in Regent Place.
The retained firefighters' pagers went off at 6.30am this morning and after arriving at the scene they found a distressed dog with its rear legs stuck in the gate of a fence.

Using small tools the crew was able to free the dog, which was uninjured.
