Interviews set for two new head teachers
INTERVIEWS are taking place to recruit two new head teachers in Torrington.
Great Torrington Junior School is currently being headed up by Ian Bartlett, who took over temporarily after Jim Cobbett's retirement at the end of the Christmas.
Interviews to run the school, which has been suffering with its academic performance, are taking place over the next week.
Dianne Nicholson, the head teacher of Great Torrington School is also due to leave the school at the end of the academic year.
Interviews for her job are taking place tomorrow.
