JACK LUKER and Amy Barker were the overall winners of the North Devon Yacht Club 2011 Brannam Cup.

Christian Hocking was second and Karen Raymont and Charlotte Hocking third.

The laser fleet prize went to Christian, beating Emma Cobby in second and Harry Cobby third. Jack was named most-improved helm.

Training officer Sue Stanford organised the racing. She said: "I was delighted with the standard of sailing. Competing regularly is the fastest way to improve and it is great fun.

"I would encourage all our cadet members to consider racing in the Brannum fleet next year."
