TALENTED: John Law and The Art of Sound play at The Beaver.

ACCLAIMED as one of Europe's finest pianists and composers, the talented John Law will bring his trio, The Art of Sound, to North Devon Jazz Club on Monday (June 1).
A prize-winning prodigy on piano at the age of four, John was composing at age eight.
He went on to enter the world of jazz and improvised music after a classical training with teachers who included top pianist Alfred Brendel.
At this gig John is joined by his regular sidemen — the phenomenal drummer, Asaf Sirkis and the fine bass player, Sam Burgess.
Entry is free although a collection will be taken for the band.
