Kevin Squire's goal in vain as Bideford are beaten by Leamington
In-form Bideford striker Kevin Squire and Tiverton Town target man Joe Bushin were both back on the Evo-Stik League Southern goal trail on Saturday.
Squire gave the Robins a flying start at second-placed Leamington in their 2-1 Premier Division defeat.

The Bideford ace claimed his fifth goal in four top-flight games from Ian Sampson's 25th minute corner.
Squire also had a second-half effort cleared off the line – with the score at 1-1 – and then forced a top-drawer save from home goalkeeper Niall Cooper before the Brakes put a stop on Bideford's four-match unbeaten run.

Already level through Richard Batchelor's first-half penalty conversion, the home side made it 2-1 as James Husband scored on a 58th minute counter attack. There was still time for Squire to hit a post as Bideford went in search of a leveller.
Defeat leaves the resurgent Robins in 17th place in the 22-team top flight, four points ahead of second-from-bottom Hitchin Town following a run of home wins.
Leaders Hemel Hempstead bounced back from their 3-2 defeat at Bideford to hammer Hitchin Town 8-2.
Bideford's next match is a Devon St Luke's Challenge Cup trip to play Elburton Villa at Haye Road on Wednesday.
The Robins' next League match is next Saturday when they host mid-table Bedworth United, before Boxing Day's derby at Frome Town, who are in 16th place following Saturday's 1-0 win at Arlesey Town.
Division One South and West top scorer Bushin took his impressive League goal haul to 16 with Saturday's 46th-minute opener in a 2-2 home draw with Evesham United.
Bushin's tenth goal in as many games came after he saw a first half effort cleared off the goal-line.
Man of the match Dave Pearse doubled Tivvy's lead in the 51st minute before Evesham's late revival, sparked by substitute Dwayne Spencer's 77th-minute goal and completed by Jamie Hyde's late stoppage-time leveller.
Taunton Town upset the form book with a 2-0 home win over table-toppers Hungerford Town thanks to goals by Craig Herrod on 23 minutes and Carl Cliff-Brown on 53. Herrod has now scored three times in back-to-back wins for Leigh Robinson's Peacocks.
Fourth-placed Tiverton's next League game is at Abingdon United next Saturday, when 17th-placed Taunton host Winchester City, level on points in 18th.
Title-chasing Bishop Sutton – in third place – proved too strong for Toolstation Western League Premier Division basement side Barnstaple Town, beating Saturday's hosts 8-0 at Mill Road.
Bishop Sutton's win moves them within three points of leaders Brislington, with a game in hand.
Brislington's home game against Ilfracombe Town and Willand Rovers' trip to Street were washed out.
