A FORMER member of the pop group Atomic Kitten has been filming a TV programme promoting North Devon as a great place for walking your dog.

Liz McClarnon spent the day in North Devon last week filming a piece for ITV's This Morning show which advocates the coastal area as a haven for dog walkers.

The feature — Great British Dog Walks — was due to be shown yesterday morning.

In the programme Liz guides viewers around places to take their pets including Lee and Mortehoe as well as dog friendly pubs, restaurants and hotels, if they choose to have a holiday in the region.
