Law replaces Harvey in Lashings squad

IAN HARVEY has been ruled out of Lashings' squad for tomorrow's match against North Devon at Instow by suspected swine flu.

The Australian all-rounder has been replaced by Stuart Law.

Batsman Law, 40, played one Test and 54 one-day internationals for Australia but is now a British citizen.

A prolific scorer in county cricket with Essex, Lancashire and now Derbyshire, Law averages 50.52 with the bat in first-class cricket and 34.43 in one-dayers.

He joins international legends including Gordon Greenidge and Wasim Akram in a 13-man Lashings squad.

The 35-overs-a-side match starts at 11am. Tickets are available on the gate priced £10.
