Lynton fire station appeals for on-call firefighters
LYNTON fire station is appealing for people to come forward as on-call firefighters.
Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service is holding an open evening for anyone interested in the opportunity on Monday from 6.30pm.
No previous experience is required but you need to be over 18 and physically fit and strong and live within five minutes of the station. The service is looking to create a team which is reflective of the community.
The event will be held at the fire station in Burvill Street.
