Man charged with assault faces trial in Exeter
A MAN charged with assault has been sent for trial at Crown Court by North Devon Magistrates.
Thomas Tucker, 22, of 3 Brookfield Street, Bideford, is due to appear before the court in Exeter on March 16, charged with assaulting Chris Jackson, causing him actual bodily harm.
