Man denies driving dangerously between Tiverton and Witheridge
A MAN has denied driving dangerously on a country lane near Tiverton after a crash between two cars last summer.
Craig Hillman, 28, of Ford Road, Tiverton, denies dangerous driving on the B3137 on June 11, 2012.

The case arises from an accident on the road between Tiverton and Witheridge.
Judge Francis Gilbert, QC, adjourned the case for a trial, which is expected to take up three days, and set a timetable for the exchange of evidence between prosecution and defence.
