A NEW face has taken over at the helm of Woolsery Show.

Agricultural contractor, Mike Bridgeman, from Newton St Petrock is the 2010 president.

Mike started the Bridgeman's firm in 1978 and is married to Lynn. The couple have two children, Robert and Sarah.

Mike is a former president of Torrington Rotary Club and his chosen charity for this year's Woolsery Show is Shelter Box.

The show's president elect is Victor Goaman from Clovelly.

The grand total of £1,250 was raised at last year's Woolsery Show in aid of the North Devon Hospice. It will be presented at this year's show on July 26 at Clovelly Court.
