Natwest Bank in Barnstaple reopens after flooding
Natwest Bank in Barnstaple has reopened today after it was forced to close due to flooding.
The bank, situated in the High Street, had to evacuate staff and customers for health and safety reasons just before 10am yesterday after water started seeping through the roof.
A contingency plan was put in place and the bank has been able to reopen as normal today.
Stores surrounding the bank were not affected by the flooding.
