MORE than 60 racers took part in the North Devon Yacht Club open week.

Five days of competition saw favourable weather conditions until Saturday when the start of the race was delayed by half an hour due to force 7 winds.

Sam Heaton won the fast cats section, while Barry Vincent was first among the Sprint 15s.
