Character: Robin Hood (above).

Role in the panto: Leader of the Merry Men and always up for lending a hand to the needy, plus a scrap with the Sheriff Of Nottingham. An outlaw with righteousness on his side who also wants to be Maid Marian's hero.

Strengths: He is strong. He's also charming and handsome – a genial host. He's also skilled in combat, evasive when outnumbered and possesses a fine tenor voice.
