Perrigo helps young surf life savers
Young members of a surf life saving club have been helped by a North Devon business.
The Woolacombe Surf Life Saving Club recently received a new "Nipper" rescue board from the sports and social club of Braunton company Perrigo.

Marie Birbeck, Jo Maurice and Dave Oddy from Perrigo present the board to Franny and Anna Tod from Woolacombe Surf Life Saving Club.
The board will be used to help train surf life savers of the future on Woolacombe Beach.
The "Nipper" board is a smaller version of the full sized board that surf life savers use to pull stranded swimmers from the waves, and is important in the development of sea skills for the younger members of the club.
