AN APPLICATION to build 14 homes in Hartland has been submitted. Chishomes Ltd wants to build eight bungalows and six houses next to Meadow View. Initial planning permission has already been granted to build eight bungalows and four homes on the site.

However, the developer wishes to replace the four homes with six smaller, lower cost, properties.
